Why are the partnership shares selling for $12,500 when they have a value of $30,024 according to current Certified Appraisal? Projected business value also adds another $30K to the overall value of the partnership shares. Since we are still in the original offering, we cannot raise the selling value to match the increase in value of the real estate and business over the past 9 months. It would not be fair to the new investor coming into the partnership to raise the cost of a share as we currently have original investors buying additional shares at the original price. Once all shares are sold, then the value will float and a share can be sold for its current value. The ranch carries a 7M gen. Liability Insurance policy to cover the partners as named insured.

New Income Stream for Ranch Project

We are exploring the selling or leasing of part interest in the current water rights of the ranch. Est. Aprox Value is between $3 Million to $5 Million over a long term of lease. Part of that income would be returned to the Ranch as income to the Partnership shares.
Additional revenue streams for future development 2008 -- 2009 :
Currently Trails End Cafe Stage Stop is 80% complete, fencing update, new corrals and pens, Farrier and Blacksmith shop complete. Auction Barn under rehab. Ranch is operational for some activities. Veggie garden in, corn field in and growing for fall corn maze, Tack Barn under rehab.

*This beef herd is an outside investor owned herd. If ranch partners want to op in the investment herd, they may. As well as the outside invesotrs who are not ranch partnership investors wanting Naturally Raised Beef and knowing how that beef was raised. The beef investor will invest in the cost of one bred cow. The investor then owns that cow; the ranch will raise that cow & calf for the investor, splitting any cost in half with the investor of raising the calf from the cow and the cost of maintaining and breeding the cow each year there after. At the end of one year, the investor will received a side of naturally raised process meat and the ranch will received one a side of process beef to sell to the public. As long as the cow remains in production, the investor will received their side of beef in processed form of the naturally raised beef each year. Because of the possibility of death loss with any herd. The ranch will guaranteed that the investor will received a side of beef for the year the death may occur of the cow or calf.
The advanage to this type of beef investment is: the beef is raised naturally, the investor knows where there beef came from, they know that the beef is USDA Inspected at time of processing, there is no middleman so it lowers the cost of beef that is bought over that in a store or butcher shop. The investor can have the beef process/custom cut to thier specs.
The income from the side of beef that the ranch earns from each beef investor will flow into the general income of the ranch and then flow to the partners in the Ranch Partnership.
